We are not a shop, all orders need to be processed at the warehouse. Operations are done from Monday to Friday 10 am- 5 pm. Orders take 7-14 workings days.
If you are registered on the website. please go to log in/register on top of the website. Once you have successfully logged in, go to "My Account" on the website. Click on "Orders" and view the order status from there. You will also get email notifications of your status as well.
If you wish, consolidate your shipments and ship when you instruct; please then allow up to 6 days (depending upon the level of service you have chosen) for your shipment to arrive at your address. On average, it takes 8-10 business days with the Economy Service, 4-6 business days with Standard Service and 2-3 business days with Express Service. The longest part of the delivery process is often the final mile (or kilometre) of delivery to your address. If you are normally out during the day, we can deliver your shipment to your place of work or to a friend - just complete the 'Delivery address (if different)' section in your personal details. (This alternative address must be in the same country as your registration address). You can edit your delivery address at any time before shipping, by pressing 'Account details' below your Suite Number. However, once a shipment is released, the delivery address can not be modified.

No additions are permitted to an order once submitted
Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed and being prepared for delivery, however, goods purchased can be returned in terms of the Returns Policy.

Rock Ts will offer the following services for shipping orders to a home or office address. Economy Courier: 2-3 working days – R120 for the first item(Additional charges will apply for extra items) Free delivery is the amount that is over R1800. PLEASE NOTE Deliveries are only done between 09h00 and 17h00 from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). We will only fulfil orders with a physical location within the borders of the Republic of South Africa.
If you are dissatisfied with an item purchased from our website you may return it to us for a refund, replacement or exchange provided that the conditions of our Returns & Exchanges policy have been satisfied. ORDER ON DELIVERY: The customer is allowed to inspect the goods on delivery and if the parcel is incorrect, can liaise with the online customer services department to have it returned and your payment reimbursed. COOLING OFF PERIOD, GOODS NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE: Below is Rock T’s returns policy. Rock T’s will allow a return on an item of merchandise returned within 7 days of the date of delivery /receipt provided that: The original invoice is presented on return as proof of purchase. The item has not been worn or used. The item is in its original condition and packaging. The item is returned in the country of purchase. Customers are entitled to return their purchase together with their original receipt within 7-days of purchase and receive a refund for the items returned. Sale items will not be accepted for a refund or exchange after the 14-day period. We are committed to processing returns and refunds as quickly as possible - EFT refunds can take up to 5 working days after receipt of items. Payments refunds can take up to 7-10 working days after receipt of items. EXCEPTIONS: No returns of Face Masks will be permitted. No returns of Final End of Season Sale items will be permitted. No returns of Gift Cards will be permitted. RETURNS PROCESS If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return it, and all criteria above have been met, you need to follow the process below: RETURNING ONLINE: Select the item(s) that you would like to return, complete the required information and submit your request. As we use Click Away couriers for returns, you will receive an SMS stating that Click Away will collect your parcel. You will receive a waybill via e-mail - please supply this waybill to the Click Away representative along with the parcel you are returning. Click Away will now return your parcel to our warehouse to process your return. Returns via a courier are charged at a fee of R85 per parcel. The original courier fee will not be refunded. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. EXCHANGES: If you'd like a different size, you can exchange the item (It must be the same design, can’t be another design). If you exchange, the courier cost will be at our own expense. Exchanges are only allowed once and if you are still not happy with the exchange, you may not ask for a refund. Its the customers responsibility to view the size chart
