By accessing or using the rockts.net website you agree to be legally bound by the following conditions.PRIVACY
We completely respect your privacy at rockts.net. We will never sell, rent or give away your name, e-mail or address to anyone - ever. We may send e-mail messages to our customers with news and special offers and users may, by return mail, indicate whether they would prefer not to receive any such mail in future.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
We ship both within South Africa and to most places in the rest of the world on request.
Order confirmation
When you submit your order to us, you will receive an e-mail confirming that we have received your order and are processing it. Please contact us if you do not receive an e-mail from us within two business days of placing your order.
Shipping confirmation
You will then receive a second e-mail from us at some point to notify you as soon as your order has been shipped. This second e-mail should include tracking information.
Item not in stock
If an item is not in stock, you will be notified and be given the opportunity to either backorder, substitute or cancel.
Delivery
When you click “Check Out” on your invoice you will be asked to select the shipping method and the amount will be added to your invoice.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns: Our quality control measures will guarantee you full satisfaction on your product of choice, however, if you would like to return your merchandise, we will gladly assist you with the process. Please review the guidelines below prior to your return to ensure that your merchandise will be qualified for a return/refund.
Return Guidelines:
COOLING OFF PERIOD, GOODS NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE: Below is the Rock T’s returns policy. Rock T’s will allow a return on an item/s of merchandise returned within 5 days of the date of delivery /receipt provided that: The original invoice is presented on return as proof of purchase. The item has not been worn or used. The item is in its original condition and packaging. The item is returned in the country of purchase. Customers are entitled to return their purchase together with their original receipt within 5 days of purchase and receive a refund for the items returned. Sale items will not be accepted for a refund or exchange. We are committed to processing returns and refunds as quickly as possible. EFT refunds can take up to 5 working days after receipt of items. Payments refunds can take up to 7-10 working days after receipt of items.
EXCEPTIONS: No returns of Face Masks will be permitted. No returns of Final End of Season Sale and discount items that use a voucher code will not be permitted. No returns of Gift Cards will be permitted.
RETURNING:
As we use Click Away couriers for returns, you will receive an SMS stating that Click Away will collect your parcel. You will receive a waybill via e-mail - please supply this waybill to the Click Away representative along with the parcel you are returning. Click Away will now return your parcel to our warehouse to process your return. Returns via a courier are charged at a fee of R100 per parcel for the main center (Johannesburg, Durban, East London, Port Elizabeth,
George, Cape Town, and Bloemfontein.). Outlying areas will cost R150. The original courier fee will not be refunded. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. You will only be refunded for the items and not the courier costs involved.
EXCHANGES: If you'd like a different size, you can exchange the item (It must be the same design, can’t be another design). If you exchanging the courier cost will be at our own expense.
Merchandise must be in new /unused condition.
We are not able to accept products which have been washed, worn, or damaged.
We are not able to accept CDs. DVDs and / or clearance/sale items.
Shipping cost & shipping related fees incurred are non refundable.
